In most cases our work does not finish with delivery of software solutions. Technical support and further services make an
important part of our relationship with clients. We ensure data centre operation on our own platform equipped with connectivity
to the Internet and SMS centres of mobile operators. All the systems we supply are customized according to the client
requirements and needs; we can link them to already existing systems and applications. Each of our clients is provided with
a technical support that includes regular monitoring of application operation, sophisticated helpdesk system of requirement
follow-up and accessibility of service guaranteed by a contract (SLA).
